Welcome to my official first December Daily post Twenty-Twelve!
If this is your first time visiting you can see how I am creating this digital mini book as well as the cover and foundation pages: here. Along with the foundation pages, I am using extras as I go. Let's take a look at days one - five.

I wanted to document our '25 days of stocking stuffers' tradition for our first day.
I created a chalkboard background and simply used my handwritten font in white. I really like the way it turned out. I stacked the next photos with the digital page protector on top the first layout to give the 'real' album illusion. Continuing with the chalkboard idea, I turned a tree into a chalkboard then added hand drawn ornaments and star.
I continued my love for creating chalkboard elements when I produced the star dual. Chalked (white) outline and a piece of string connecting them together.
More chalkboard elements: a couple of poinsettias and a string of lights.
My favorite page so far. Love taking time to trim the tree and chat about each ornaments history.
The kids do this better than I do. I added some chalkboard word strips, ribbon and chalkboard ornament with bits of journaling.
If you follow me on instagram or have seen any of my snapshots at all; you are more than aware I love to capture the sunrise and sunset. So, you can
probably bet this is not the last one you will see in this album. I used my word art 'bright glow' from last years december daily and turned it into wood veneer. The right side: I added a chalkboard word strip.
There ya have it. The days one - five. Thanks for stopping by, let me know what you think.?.
Are you completing a December Daily album this year? Digitally or Traditionally? I would love to see your pages.
