A Good Friday Indeed!

A Good Friday Indeed!
Look at the treasures Raeleen and I found blooming!
A sure sign Spring is here and Easter is around the corner.
Today, We started our three day Easter weekend with fluffy pancakes, sticking syrup and bananas while finishing up the holy week discussing the 'Shadows of the Cross'.
In a bit we will be running out the door to do a bit of mall shopping for a few Easter clothes, some Easter candy, a cross cookie cutter (I have misplaced mine), and what would an Easter shopping trip be without a stop at the local Christian book store.
This afternoon on returning home from town, we will have fun making a mess cutting out and decorating cross cookies to take to Grandmas after Good Friday service at our church.

We have a busy day planned, what about you?  What are you doing for Good Friday?
Blessings, ~Melanie
